How long is it safe to store contact lenses in Bausch and Lomb's ReNu...

...MultiPlus Solution? The Bausch and Lomb website says that it is safe to store contacts in the case for 30 days, but I think I've kept them in there longer. I haven't taken them out at all or disturbed them. Would it still be alright to wear them? If not, what can I do to make them "wearable" besides getting a new pair?
