Okay. (this is not my account, this is my cousin's) Well, I am a 15 year old female and I weigh about 190 pounds.. I hate being this big. I mean, Im not fat or anything, I'm just very uncomfortable in my own skin. So.. I have been going to a gym and working out for about 1-1&1/2 hours at a time and I have even started eating healthier than I was before.. My friend went on a diet of 500 calories of solid food and was drinking a lot of water and she lost a LOT of weight in a short period of time. She looks perfect now. She was a bit bigger than me and now she looks a lot better than me(in my opinion). Well, I am thinking about going on that diet of 500 cals of solid food and nothing but water. About how long will it take me to lose around 30-35 pounds. DO NOT answer by saying this is not healthy or anything rude. NO HATE PLEASE! 10 pts for best answer, promise!!
