how long will it take?

so what happened is, my Sony Ericsson k850i broke..again..so i called up orange and they put me through to Sony ericsson, what happen was Sony ericsson say that they will send me an email about repairing my phone because i still have warranty, so yh i read the message and did what they told me to, i sent the phone off to the repairing place by recorded delivery or something.. so its bin 4 days, how long do they take to get it fixed, they haven't called me or sent me and email on whats going on, how long do Sony ericsson take t fix my phone?????
I really need this phonee.....!!!

Depends on how bad the phone has broke. Usually they only take a couple of days ( 5-10 days) and sometimes about 1-2 weeks. They might also be busy working on something the now.
