How long will my cockatiel live?

Ive heard that cockatiel can live 20-30 years if its healthy.And i also heard that cockatiel can only live up till 5 years if you only feed it seed.Is that true? Because im only feeding my cockatiel seed mix will a lot of stuff in it and millets thats all.Any thing else i should feed the bird for it to be healthy? And is it gonna die in 5 years if i just feeding it millet and seed?
