How long will this love hurt feeling last?

- I told her I liked her and all along she was seeing somebody else.

Feelings:

Heart Pain, Cant stop crying, suicidal, cant move on with my life, family worried about me.

I've never felt this bad in my life and I cant put up with this feeling any longer or I might do something stupid.

Please help me get over this girl
