I mean like what if you smoked for a while, then you quit, and you feel thristy for a Cig.

how long untill that thrist goes away, and what if you smoke once, after a year of not smoking, will all the nicotine addiction go back? or would it take a while to build up again

Unfortunately the hunger takes a while to go away. Even if you haven't smoked in months you still want a cig. when something stressful happens. As far as the habit of smoking (smoking while driving or after a meal) those go away after a month or so. If you smoke after a year you will probably feel some urge to smoke again but if you've lasted a year you should be able to stand strong and not smoke again. However, it is different for everyone so you can't really base your experience on someone else.
