I'm mainly interested in sitcoms, but if you have other examples, that would be great. 
I'd say "two successful TV shows" would mean two shows that had runs of 5 years each and/or became syndicated.
The only one I can think of is maybe Lee Majors with the Six Million Dollar Man and Fall Guy, Kate Sagal (Married with Children, Futurama), and on the border would be Hank Azaria (Mad about You, Simpsons, Herman's Head).
Of course, the queen of TV would be Heather Locklear with TJ Hooker, Melrose Place, and Dynasty.
