Boost Metabolism DVD workout? Every day, after every meal, [3 times a day] I do this DVD workout. However, I only do the warm up, circuit 1, circuit 2 and the cool down. I'm turning 14 very soon, I weigh 119lbs, and I'm a female. About how many calories would I burn in a week or in a day? Thanks!:]
