...POINTS TO GREAT ANSWER)? On some websites, it claims that there is 230 approx. calories in 1 cup of lentils. However, if you do the math and have 2 packs a day, then your basically eating 230 x 2 for example 7x's a day which equals 3,220 calories a day. I am a vegetarian and thats all I eat and i'm very thin, so I am very confused on why/how could I be eating that many calories and not gain any weight...
