How many calories would i burn if i went on as bike for 40 min tension 4?

how cud i get my six pack of my elippitcal and can u make a plan for me to exercise and lose my stomach flab. Im 14 5 ft 4 or 5 and im 115 pounds. I just got my elliptical bike yesterday and i want to lose the flab. can u suggestr a good plan for me.

running is a better fat burner than the bike
i run for 15 minutes and burn about 170-200 calories
i do the bike for 20 minutes and barely break 100 and that's at tension 5.
 
the good plan you can make it by yourself you have the machine and you need to control the food intake then you will get what you want by combining them together eat normally the main meals and in between eat small snack carrots and cucumber slices this will make you feel full for long and workout for 30 minute daily and drink green tea with lime or mint to make the taste good and no added sugar for best result if you do that for 2 weeks you will find your flab and your waist stretched and flat best of luck and enjoy your life
