How many of these scientific disciplines do Christians reject and why?

Ed ....In that case we better just make up a story that God did it, what do you think?
 
If you are talking about creationists, all of them. But creationists are a sub-cult of 'christianity', so don't generalize.
 
All disciplines which are result of logical thought or encourage rational thinking are rejected by orthodox religions including christianity. Earth is round was rejected and perhaps over a couple of centuries church never accepted it.
 
Christians do not reject any of those scientific disciplines. What many Christians do reject are some of the "best guesses" that some people who practice those disciplines make about past events when they contradict the historical records found in the Bible.
 
All of these were furthered forward more my the Catholic Church than any other organization in history.
