How many really believe that the Russian and American satellites really crashed into

each other? The satellites that orbit our planet are watched and can be manuvered out of each others way. Even if the Russian satellite was "decommissioned" The American one could have been moved out of the way. How many think this sounds more like the "decommissioned" satellite is more commissioned than we know.
