How many times a day should I feed my baby Cockatiel?

I just bought a baby Cockatiel that is 4 weeks and a half. He/She seem to be ok. I feed it 3 times a day. The hours I feed it is 9am, 1pm, 6pm or 5, then it's last at 9 or 10pm. Plus I'll hold her close to my cheeks. To warm her and give her some love. She makes this cute and lovely noise when I have her warmed next to my neck. She also grinds and nibbles her beak at me. While she's relaxed and getting a nap.
 
Give him 1/4 a cup of food 4 times a day. Offer it with water. Congrats on your pup!!
