How many years work experience in IT for australian skilled migrant visa?

Im 37, Irish, have a degree in IT and work as a Desktop Support Analyst for the last 3 years, about to progress to a Network Support Analyst. What are my chances of getting the Skilled Migrant Visa?
Specifically, do I need 3 or 4 years relevant work experience? Thanks!
