electricty and internet.)? Can you get a card like a top up card for your bills, i've seen in this house they had like a top up meter system, where they would put so much money in to get there gas and electricty and that, can you get that anywhere?
 
my old roommate would post the bills on the frigde then divide everything up into three, and then would post how much total everybody owed. She opened up a free checking account at wash mut. and we would just deposit in there
 
Gas and electric you can get key/card meters you can "top them up" at paypoint shops, you do end up paying a little more for it though even though you are paying up front
 
Split everything into three. Everyone pays a third unless someone uses more so they pay more.
 
all the bills in 3... if all the bills come to $100.00 then everyone will pay $33.33 each 1 penny will be left to owe
