how much calories?

Im 5' 2" and 155 ib Im dieting now by eating 1000 calories and burn 350 calories by treadmill , how much calories should I expect to lose in 2 months, before my vacation.I play on traedmill everyday

Well how often do you go on the treadmill a week? Then do the math with that.
 
I'll check for you right now..you can go to ;http://www.theloseweightdiet.com/lose-weight2.htmland it will tell you.. u just need to fill in the 5 things. : gender, height, weight, age, activity leavel, and push calculate..You should be getting 2342 calories a DAY - but to lose weight, you should minus 500 (2342 - 500 = 1842) and keep your treasmill going, but make sure you get 77.5 grams of PROTEIN a day, 30% of your calorie intake per day (30% of 1842) in GOOD fats(ployunsaturated & Monounsaturated) the BAD fats are ; TRANS fat & SATURATED fat.. keep away from those.. and the rest of your intake should be in good CARBS(Complex carbs) BAD carbs are(SIMPLE carbs)..1 gram of PROTEIN = 4calories1 gram of FAT = 9 calories..Good luck..keep the treacmill up and going, and don't lose courage..you should weight yourself in the morning on an empty stomac..

it's "many" btw, because calories is pluralListen, 1000 calories is NOT healthy. Especially for 155lbs. I like to stay under 3000 and I'm 124lbs. Not everything you eat makes fat, you need food to keep your body healthy. You'll need calories so your body will have the strength to get on a treadmill anyway. Counting calories isn't as important as making sure you're getting all the vitamins and minerals your body needs. Eat fresh and healthy food.Don't hurt your body, you need food.

A good rule of thumb is to take your body weight and multiply it by about 14 (higher if you are more active, lower if you are sedentary-but it sounds like you are working out) So, 155x14=2170 (This is the amount of calories you can eat without losing or gaining) SO, 2170-1000 =1170 + 350 (The amount you are burning on the treadmill = 1520.. Your body needs to burn 3500 a week to lose a lb a week. You are burning 10,640 (WOAH!), So divide that by 3500, You should be losing about 3 lbs a week! This is great! Don't be shocked if your weight loss slows a little, and don't be afraid to eat a few more calories- with you working out everyday, your body may need it! Good luck!

Agree, you need to eat more. You'll put your body in starvation mode and it won't want to loose weight anymore, since it will think that its being deprived. Shoot for another 500 calories at least.Eating actually boost your metabolism as well, and it will help you burn more calories in return. Good luck!

omg missy be carefull the body its supose to have 1600 minimum in a day... i read that somewhere wow i wonde how you havent fainted in the street!
