I was on and off for the past few months, but I'm doing boxing now and I'm somewhat fit I think, for the next two weeks I'm going to go hardcore, fitting in boxing 2 sessions a week, the gym 3 sessions a week, and 3 mile runs 4 times a week. I am going to be careful to not over train by eating well, and splitting up my routine, with a day off every 2 or 3 days.
