how much do you tip a limo driver/ hotel bell hop?

I'm renting a limo that is costing me 50/hour and I plan on having it for a maximum of 3-4 hours. How much do i tip the driver?

Also, I am staying at a luxurious 4 star 4 diamond hotel and I don't know how much to tip the bell hop.

Can anyone help me out?
