My 1989 Honda Civic was broken into. 
They tried to steal the car and took apart the ignition. I guess, during the process they blew the main fuse and couldn't steal it. My friend's friend (that I bought it from) said he was going to "take care of it" for me. He has the car and just left me a message that my bill was $700 for the ignition replacement. Is this outrageous or standard?? I don't want to offend him, but I can't afford to be ripped off either. Please help
