ok im a guy but ive screwed enuf girls to know what im saying truthfully nothing is being popped your vagina is just being stretched more than normal and once the pain starts to go away then some pleasure shuld come into play. if your bf is "big" then its gonna hurt alot if hes not you wont have to go through much im 8 and a half inches so im considered painfull
 
its not really the cherry being popped that hurts.
its just having something so big in you when your not used to it.
for some girls, after the first time it doesnt hurt.
But others its after 2-3 times.
