How much exercise do you need to do the Personal Fitness Merit Badge?

Okay, I'm doing my personal fitness merit badge for Boy Scouts and the thing im most concerned about is that I haven't done enough exercise for the requirement where you must record 3 months worth of exercise.

For the last 3 weeks I've had tennis practice 5 days a week for 2 and a half hours each days, and I think that will suffice, but before that I would only work out like 3-4 days a week. And that would entail running anywhere from 1 - 1.5 miles and some calisthenics like push ups and sit ups.

I'm in pretty good shape and i never do anything really intense, But i'm not sure if what i have been doing is good enough? Can anyone tell me what they did (roughly) for this requirement or if you think this would be sufficient. Thank You.
