I'm an 18 year old guy. I'm 5' 4", have a small frame and weigh 110 lbs. I go to the gym regularly 3 times a week. It's been 8 months since I have been at the gym. It's hard for me to gain weight because I'm severely allergic to all dairy products. People tell me I should eat more protein and eat 8 times a day - not 4, which is the usual for me. What are advices that you can give to me?
