How much is a 50cc -100cc motor that can fit this small monkey looking bike?

my dad got this bike from the place he works at.
its small enough to were kids/teens can ride it i assume the engine to be a 100 cc at most down to 50 cc. no one has bother to see if it works for we just got it and its to late in the day to try.
i am automatically assuming its engine needs to be replaced though it looks fine.
i just wanna have a price check.
it looks like a miniature version of the Boulevard
 
it might not if its a scooter motor then it probly doesnt those are 200 percent bullet proof for some insane reason if its not a brand name trash youre not gonna find out wat it is or you can spend like 1,000$ getting a whole different engine and fitting it to the scooter and oh yea when something has a bad motor you dont trash it u rebuild it idiot!!
