I have looked up Jamba Juice recipes and a lot of them mention amount of ingredients in terms of scoops. For example, 1 scoop of strawberries. How much is 1 scoop exactly?
It could be a 1 cup or 1/2 cup scoop. You should use your own judgment of how much to put in according to the size of glass and amount of liquid you use. Good Luck.
