its 630 euro sim free
you can use wifi for internet
you will need to get settings to use the internet with another sim card
 
And how much would it cost to have it unlocked?

Also if i wanted to use it with t-mobile would i need the data plan for it to work? or would it still work i just wouldnt get internet?
