How much R134a refrigerant does it take to charge a 2001 Chevrolet Venture?

Looking at the Auto Part Store ads, their are 12 to 18 ounce cans with a hose attachment. Is one of these cans going to be enough, or will it take several cans? Hoping the leak is not too bad.
 
You would be better off for the sake of the equipment, if you took your car to a certified AC technician. Use that other stuff and you will probably have troubles and more expenses.
