how much to fix a creased trumpet bell?

I was thinking about buying this trumpet off of ebay. I have no trumpet experience and if anyone has any idea of how much this would cost that would be awesome! there's at least one picture of the crease on the bell. here's the link:

That dent is VERY easy to fix, I can't tell you the cost because different shops charge what they want. It looks to be 10~15 minutes of work.

In the picture the instrument appears to have a "stocking" on the tuning slide. I expect that it plays in A instead of Bb. That need to be removed before learning the instrument....it should just slide off.
