Or 8 meg. What does these fugures mean?
I am looking at getting SKY broadband, and they say my ''monthly allowance'' is 8 MEG or / and 40 Gig.
The internet is normally on all day, as there are 4 of us using it.
I do not use the internet for downloading songs onto the pc, yet my daughters DO listen to them on youtube. We dont download films, to the pc itself but again, do watch clips here and there. We also contribute to discussion forums.
Most of us holds a facebook acct, and apart from that all we use the web for is surfing / browsing in general.
I really dont know if this ''amount of gig'' is enough? Please someone help me, or explain it a little more.
My boyfriend is currently confused about the same thing as me.
I thought broadband was broad band - UNLIMITED usage!
