My parents purchased an entire encyclopedia set for our family to use while we were going through school back in 1993. We did use them for our papers throughout our schooling, but once the internet came about encyclopedias became a thing of the past. My older siblings said my parents spent around $3000 at that time for them. They are in mint condition, all still in their original box, all the books are still brand new, we lightly used them and have been sitting in my room for storage for over 10 years. I was gonna donate them to my local library, but they were renovating and couldn't take them. The collection is the 1993 anniversary set by Encyclopedia Britannica.
