I have some ideas for a game which is beyond my current programming capabilities. I realize that it is impossible to give specific costs without knowing the details of the game and many other pieces of information, but I'd like to have a basic ballpark so I know whether it is feasible for me to do this out of pocket. The game would require physics, 3D graphics, and obviously the controls would be touch-based. I would be handling all the graphics work and design, as well as music and sound effects and such, and would do most of the level design.
