How much would it cost to ship a PDA with a few accessories to the netherlands?

I am selling my Palm Tungsten E2 on ebay and i was wondering approximately how much would it cost to ship my PDA with some accessories to the netherlands from Michigan? I tried the calculation estimator on the UPS website but i dont know what the customs value is.

The "customs" value the site refers to is ... "how much $$ is it worth"?

If you want insurance to cover against loss or damage, you have to go REGULAR PRIORITY INT'L or EXPRESS INT'L ...

... First Class Parcel Int'l or Small Flat-Rate Priority at $12.95 offers NO insurance at all ...
