nights while parents are on vacation? Just trying to get an idea of what's reasonable
I know them very well and they trust me with the kids, I'm 22 and have a 2 year old of my own.

I'm assuming there are no grandparents or aunts or anyone available to care for them, because I would NEVER leave my child alone for that long with someone I'd never met.

I would hire a nanny, if it were that long. Not just a baby sitter. Maybe an au-pair from overseas, who work for less and are funding their trip overseas. They're often happy to work for as little as $200 a week, less even. They're always hired through an agency.

But heavens! To leave children alone for that long with someone you and they don't know- if it were me, I'd bring the au-pair into my home for several weeks beforehand, to get to know them. I mean, these are the most precious lives of all here!

I would charge 2k because that's a long time to watch such young kids around the clock. I realize that this is a little much for most to afford :)

Personally I could have never left my kids that long.

Well honestly, I'd want 50.00 per day since it's two kids and because they are little. So 350.00 seems about right.

I would charge $500 if food is included. My daycare charged $16 a day for one child and $28 a day for two kids under the age of 5 and that was just an 8 hour day. You will be responsible for 24 hours a day. Morning feedings, all meals, diapering, cleaning up the mess, dressing them, bath time, putting them down at night. Keeping them safe. That is alot of responsibility. You would be paid about $80 a day for two kids. I would pay that to know that my kids were taken care of appropriately.

I pay 2.70 an hour for my daughter to go to an actual daycare- I would charge about 2 dollars per child per hour while you are awake and watching them physically- about 12 hours. That would be about 48 dollars per day- so I would just round that up to at least 50 dollars per day minimum. That is extremely reasonable- The best thing to do is discuss what you have in mine with the parents because they may have a set amount they are willing to give you and it may be more than what you were going to originally ask.

60 - 100 dollars per day depending on if you're having to take them anywhere and if you are going to have to buy them anything out of your own pocket.
