How my verizon pre-pay cell phone keeps getting restricted calls?

If I have no time on my cell for voice calls. How can I receive calls that on the screen it says it's a restricted call. So there's no number showing and whoever it is doesn't say anything. How can I find out who is doing this?

Wow that is messed up. Okay the best thing for you to do is call customer care and if you are not successful then you would have to wait for the detailed billing statement. I go to myfreemobileservice.com and they might know a way to help you with that they also help people get free cell phone service forever.
