How often do you have to buy minutes for a prepaid t-mobile phone??

I was looking at getting another t mobile phone and i was wondering before i actualy make the purchase how often do you have to purchase minutes (like the cards)?? Thanks!
 
you know it really depends. if you text alot, then it gets very expensive very fast. I have t mobile prepaid and i want a plan. If you dont text alot, or talk alot, then yea go ahead and get it.
