Well my parent wont let me get my permit, im 17 and live in NY. On the permit application it said i need my parents to sign it but they wont. can i just do it without my parents singing it?
Well I have my permit and my license is about to come in April down at Texas though. Yes, you do need to get a parents sig. Either you can wait until you're 18 or you can convince your parents that you need a license(permit). Some reasons would be things such as school and job; thats how I convinced them. Hope it helped.
wait till your 18 and you can get it FO SHOO then after like 6 months or something dunno what it is in NY you get your license.. also depending on the law you might be able to jsut skip the permit when you are 18.. but more practice is better but that'll be up to you
