My daughter is teething again just when I thought she was all done. So I started doing some research and sure enough she has just the right amount of teeth for a 2 1/2 year old. 10 on top and 10 on bottom. Now though she seems to be getting the first permanent molar in all four spots. Have any of your children experienced this? Is it something I should be worried about?
