How should i eat to become healthier?

I would like to start eating better but I don't like vegetables, except potatoes (which really don't count), and I don't like any kind of fruit. I do eat all types of meat, i love the pasta and breads group, and i also like dairy.
What are some things I could eat to become healthier and possibly make it easier to shed a few pounds?

Oatmeal and Oats
Berries
Oranges and Grapefruit
Beans
Spinach
Squash and Pumpkin
Yogurt
Turkey
Salmon
Walnuts (only a couple of ounces per day)
Green Tea and Water
Beside Yogurt not too much dairy
Good Luck
