I Just bought this creatine (smallest size) because i want to get big for the summer. This is my first time taking creatine and before buying this i bought a 20lb Dumbell. How should i take this
P.S. I dont have ANY post workout shake. I just turned 16. WEighing 150 lbs. 6'0'' with an approximate of 8% body fat.
