I pulled it pretty good about 3 or 4 weeks ago and have been lifting pretty heavy and just started light sprint work this morning (after running 3 miles), I was doing 40 and 60 yd sprints (about 4 or 5 each) but was only going like 60 or 70%...it felt okay and being how I am I was tempted to hit the jets but thought better of it....so how long should i give it before I hit 4th gear???
