how soon can i take a home pregnancy test after unprotected sex?

okay, so i just had sex for the first time with my bf last thursday, it was a heat of the moment kinda thing. but anyways, he 'pulled out' before cumming and all but i still feel really unsure and i have an irregular period so i dont kno when its coming this month. i wud jus like to know when and how soon can i take a home pregnancy test...
