style? I'm talking about having two cars back to back attached to each other by a cable trying to pull each in a tug-of-war.
What I want to know is what sort of forces are involved (momentum, acceleration, kinetic energy etc) and if you can, the formulae to calculate them
Btw, I do know that I would need to have a strong enough tow point to tie them together as well as to pre-tension the cable and not just have the cars accelerate until the cable bites.
