how to a burn a dvd?

im tryna burn a movie on to a blank cd but it doesnt seem to work....how can i burn a movie on to a disc? can we jus open "my computer" drag n drop the file into drive E or F...????plz helppp and ya are any conversions needed...

open winavi convert to dvd format from whatever format you're using

use imgBurn to burn it to the dvd
