how to access a/c condenser drain hose on chrysler sebring 2003?

I can see the hose that is suspected to be clogged causing water to drain into my driver's side floorboard. We cannot gain access to this hose from under the hood or from underneath the car. Is there something that can be easily removed to assist in access?

The hose might have pushed out of its hole. Put it back in to the hole from inside of the car. Try to do it from inside the car under the dash.
Or get it done by a mechanic.
