i m not able to connect my NOKIA 6303 to GPRS. Insted contacting to customer care (1503) no result at all. How to download manual settings in NOKIA 6303,

I cannot access gprs on my nokia 6303i classic, how to activate gprs and it will cost how much and how many days before it will be enable??????????????????????????????????????
