How to activate the motorola devour a555 in diagnostic mode? Its a smart phone...

...from Motorola & Verizon? Yes I was wondering if anybody here knew how to put this phone into diagnostic mode. Im having trouble putting it in diagnostic mode because i am trying to flash it myself to MetroPcs.
