How to add the softwares in the operating system disk ?

i wanted to add all the drivers which are needed for my system in the windows xp cd, when i strted to install the os, all the drivers must installed in the time of os installation, and also can i install the some of the softwares like antivirus, office etc....

if any one know about this please help me.....
