I've had an iPod Touch for a long time and I don't even bother updating, but I think I want some of the new features and some apps in the App Store won't work when you're not 4.0.
I'm getting frustrated here, how the heck do you back up media. Freaking Apple won't put a feature to back up media.

Everyone says, even Apple.com, that it only back ups the settings, etc. Not the Music, Video, Photo.
