You have to get the proper paper work from the USPS for what routes they the will have coming up for bid. The paper work is VERY detailed. They will tell you the number of miles, type of truck required and all necissary info for you to figure your bid. They want to know what the truck will cost to purchase, Then what it will be worth at the end of the contract (with all the miles put on it over the length of the contract). AND even if you under bid someone who already has the bid,.....they will stick with that person at the higher bid (unless the person/company is a total screw up)
Postal contract are hard to get. I've been trying for 12 years.
