Hey guys! I plan to start football next season and I want to build body mass with muscle naturally.
(I plan to start this in the summer)
What I plan to do is:
1. Better Diet
2. Exercise (I just have a small tad of belly fat, I plan to run it off. I bike and run a lot)
3. Use my OWN body weight. (Situps, pushups etc)
(I do NOT want to lift weights as they do stunt my growth. I do plan to use some dumbbells. But thats all.
)
But, I need some help on how to get started. (Such as how many sets of reps on situps, pushups etc.)
My plan is:
Monday: Bike (X)
Tuesday: Run (X)
Wednesday: Bike (X)
Thursday: Run (X)
Friday: Bike (X)
Saturday: (X)
Sunday: (X)
X stands for, how many reps and sets to do on that day.
Please help?
Also, I was wondering if you guys know any good diet to have during my workout over the summer.
