How do i burn an imovie file to dvd that will play on a regular dvd player?
Which dvd burning program can reconize imovie file or project?
How do I burn my slidehow from iMovie, to a dvd, without iDvd?
If you’ve spent lost of time making a home movie in iMovie, you may want to find an easy way to burn a DVD disc so it can be played on another computer or DVD player. This could be done by sending your movie to the media browser then burning it in iDVD.
But iDVD does not come with iLife '11 as part of the 10.7 OS. The option to "share" as a DVD is still part of iMovie 9.0.4, but the process never completes because iDVD is not there. Is there a work around? Apple suggested using third-party software like iMovie to DVD Maker or Creator for Mac to export imovie to dvd.
It would be very costly to purchase a copy of iLife '11, so it would be better to find an iDVD alternative for OS X Lion. Actually there is a perfect solution for these questions if you download this mac lion dvd burner, which can burn dvd from imovie, iphoto, quicktime, itunes, mov, avi, mp4, etc.
This DVD Maker for Mac is used to burn iPhoto export, iMovie export, QuickTime, FCP, iMovie HD export, MOV, FLV, F4V, MP4, MPEG, DV, AVI, 3GP to DVD disc and you can do additional editing work like DVD disk Background, Menu Title (DVD Name), Button Style and Frame (Video decoration Frame). So you can create your most personalized and outstanding DVD disk to DVD-5 or DVD-9 disc.
